For ticketed events, full payment is required at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. In certain circumstances, we may allow tickets to be transferred to an alternative date at our discretion.
For physical products, including wine, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary. Customers must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol.

Refunds & Returns Policy
Events & Tastings
All ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Huckerbys. Where possible, tickets may be transferred to another date or guest with prior notice and at our discretion.
Products (Wine & Goods)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of alcohol once it has been delivered.
We will only offer refunds or replacements for items that are damaged or faulty. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence where possible.
If a refund is approved, this will be processed to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier.
All deliveries containing alcohol must be received by a person aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
We take care to package all items securely; however, in the event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
