Pale salmon pink in colour, with fine bubbles, and refined aromas of rose petal and redcurrant. Light, crisp, and delicate, this sparkling wine has been aged for over 18 months in bottle to allow complex flavours of raspberry, strawberry, and brioche to develop. Perfect on its own for any occasion, but will pair exceptionally with smoked salmon, antipasti, and strawberries and cream.
